Try it this way: Korean Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1200g Chicken
• 100g Mamee DAEBAK Fried Chicken Powder
• 200ml Water

Steps:

1. Marinade 1200g of chicken in the mixture of 200ml water and 100g Mamee DAEBAK Fried Chicken Powder for 30 minutes.
2. Coat the marinated chicken with Mamee DAEBAK Fried Chicken Powder, dunk into chilled water and coat again with Mamee DAEBAK Fried Chicken Powder.
3. Deep fry the chicken in 180˚C cooking oil until perfectly cooked.
