Avoid water contact. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
Directions:
| 1. | Gradually add 35g of TRANS Instant Jelly Powder and 200g of sugar into 1L of water while heating. |
| 2. | Stir continuously while cooking. Once it boils, turn off the heat and keep stirring until the bubbles disappear. |
| 3. | Pour the mixture into moulds. |
| 4. | Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes, or until set, before serving. |
