Ingredients:

• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Caster Sugar
• 1 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 egg
• 1.5 cup Full Cream Milk
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Colouring: Yellow
• Cooking Oil

Garnish

• Peanut Powder
• 1 can Royal Orchid Cream Corn
• Caster Sugar

Steps:

1. Sift the all-purpose flour together with baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy. Add milk and yellow colouring, then continue mixing until well combined.
3. Add the sifted dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
4. Let the batter rest for 1 hour. Heat a non-stick pan, then lightly wipe the surface with a thin layer of oil using a tissue or clean cloth.
5. Pour a spoonful (or more) of the batter into the pan. Let it sit for a while until air bubbles form on the surface.
6. Sprinkle with a little sugar, Royal Orchid Cream Corn, and peanuts. Fold, remove from the pan, and serve.
