Ingredients:

• 150ml fresh milk
• 150g frozen mixed berries
• 50ml Emborg yoghurt
• 1/2 Banana
• 25ml Orange juice
• 1/2 tbsp Honey

Step:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
