Ingredients:

• 25g Vegetable Oil
• 250g Glutinous Rice Flour
• 50g Tapioca Starch
• 380g Water (depends on the dough’s condition)
• 200g Peanut Chips & Powder
• 65g Granulated Sugar

Steps:

Dough:

1. In mixing bowl, mix glutinous rice flour and Tapioca Starch with  water until smooth, then add oil and mix well.
2. Grease a heatproof container, strain the batter, and pour it in.
3. Cover the surface with cling film and poke a few small holes. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
4. Transfer the cooked dough to a mixer and blend until smooth and elastic while it cools slightly.

Peanut Coating:

1. Mix the Roasted Peanut Chips & Powder with granulated sugar until well combined.
