Instructions: TRANS Instant Jelly

Directions: 1. Gradually add 35g of TRANS Instant Jelly Powder and 200g of sugar into 1L of water while heating. 2. Stir continuously while cooking. Once it boils, turn off the heat and keep stirring until the bubbles disappear. 3. Pour the mixture into moulds. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes, or until set, before serving. Application Ideal for fruit flan cake, 3D jelly cake and others. Storage Condition: Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Avoid water contact. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use.
