Ingredients:

• 130g Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour (dry ingredient)
• 50g Caster Sugar (dry ingredient)
• 30g Icing Sugar (dry ingredient)
• 90g SCS Salted Butter
• 10g Earl Grey Tea Leaves (from teabag)
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp Milk

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Blend dry ingredients (including earl grey leaves) in a food processor.
3. Add wet ingredients – vanilla extract, milk, and butter – and pulse until a dough forms.
4. Shape the dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 30 minutes until firm.
5. Slice into 1/3-inch thick pieces and arrange on a lined baking sheet.
6. Bake 12–14 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
